I. Audiocontrol DXS ( 24dB/octave DIGITAL Crossover)

AudioControl has long been known as a designer and manufacturer of the highest quality, best sounding car audio electronic crossovers.  Many have won industry awards and are used in some of the best sounding systems on the sound-off circuit. The DXS takes AudioControl’s years of car audio crossover experience and combines it with digital signal processing technology. This digital car audio crossover is a two channel three-way component that uses a 24 dB/octave Linkwitz-Riley alignment for maximum sound quality.
 

In addition to being a powerful car audio crossover, the DXS features AudioControl’s exclusive Programmable Frequency Match (PFM) filter system. This subsonic filter brings out the best bass from any performance car audio system. A sharp 18 dB/octave programmable bass filter allows the system installer to easily customize the bass response to match the speaker design. This gives you the highest performance and superior sound pressure levels from advanced speaker systems.

This unit was supposed to be used in my car to demo AudioControl products but i badly need cash right now so i scratched out my plan to bring AudioControl products here in the Philippines at the moment. It was only used in the car for around 3 days. This is a real bargain!

II. Audiocontrol DDC (Digital Dash Controller)

The Digital Dash Control (DDC) is a remote mountable control that connects to AudioControl digital processors like the DQT, DQX, and DQS via a 20’ cable. This allows a user to control all functions of their AudioControl digital processor from another location, either inside or outside the vehicle. If more distance is required, the DDC also comes with the DR-1 which is a remote control that controls the functions of the DDC via IR (infrared).

Show us some colors

Besides giving you the ability to remotely control all of the functions of your AudioControl digital processor, your DDC can also make a fashion statement. A user can select one of the cool looking display colors for their DDC and select a different color for the backlighting of the buttons. You can make your DDC look very hot…or kind of ugly if you are not careful.

III. NAKAMICHI PA-202 AMPLIFIER (2nd hand)

    I see this as an amp to power a 10-12" SQ subwoofer and is ideal for a person who wants mild/smooth bass. Perfect for those who wants to have their subs act as "fillers" rather than the thump and banging sound of SPL.

    I have had all my 2nd hand amps/xover checked by Wilson Electronics (a well known electronics shop) and after some extensive tests, they have told me that the amps performed superbly as if it was in brand new condition.

    I have to be honest though that the amp has some scratches in it on the top, side and bottom portions but overall, it is acceptable as seen in the picture.
